Start Building.

EDIT helps you kick-start your IT career through hands-on projects and team-based activities.

This year, choose between two program tracks built on the latest technology and industry trends:

Master enterprise automation and integration with IBM BAW and ACE +

In today’s digital economy, the ability to design, automate, and integrate complex business systems is what sets top IT professionals apart. At EDIT 2026, you will gain hands-on experience by building a real-world student loan approval system using IBM Business Automation Workflow and IBM App Connect Enterprise.

This is more than a learning exercise: you will deliver a fully functional, end-to-end system. The program is designed to help you understand how data flows across systems, how decisions are automated, and how scalable solutions are built from the ground up.

Together with other students, you will design process diagrams, create role-based user interfaces, manage human tasks, and implement business rules, gaining practical skills used in real enterprise environments.

Private AI cloud: From infrastructure to LLM services +

Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming modern IT systems, and at the core of this transformation is scalable infrastructure capable of supporting Large Language Models (LLMs). In this project, you will learn how to design and build a private AI cloud from the ground up, giving you full control over data, performance, and environment.

Through a practical, architecture-driven approach, you will explore how to create a production-ready AI platform that mirrors the capabilities of leading cloud providers, while remaining fully private and customizable.

This program track focuses on moving beyond simply using AI services toward understanding how such systems are built and operated in practice, providing both the knowledge and direction needed to get started.
